To uplift secondary education to girls by looking at the scarcity of girls secondary schools which were not there at the time; Especially in Njombe, Ludewa and Makete Districts. Many of the schools present by then were co-education and most of them were day secondary schools. This could make girls to have no enough time and privacy to prepare themselves for learning.
To prepare the young generation, especially girls with good morals and social well being in preparing the next generation. This is to say they should be good leaders, employees for the development of the Nation, Scientifically and in Technology
